Global Emergency Resources Joins ESRI's Business Partner Program Global Emergency Resources, LLC (GER) announces that it has joined ESRI's Business Partner Program. GER will work with ESRI and Baystate Health Geographics, in a partnership announced last month, to integrate ESRI's ArcIMS and ArcWeb Services with their flagship product, HC Standard^® (for healthcare).
